We feel that when technicians are paid a commission they turn into high pressured salesmen. We do not want that for our customers. JERAMIE MOORE

Jeramie is the owner & founder of Air Repair Inc. After working many years for other companies & seeing practices he didn't agree with, practices he knew could be done better, he decided it was time to shake up the industry & open his own HVAC company.

The business plan was simple: do the best work you can do as a technician, be honest with your clients, keep the prices fair, don't try to sell people things they don't need or want, hire employees with the same mind set, & success will surely follow. "Take care of your clients, & they will take care of you."

Mission accomplished!

In his spare time, Jeramie enjoys riding bikes up north with his fiance, spending time with his mother in Lake Havasu, and his brother in California. He also really looks forwards to hosting backyard barbecues for his family, friends & neighbors.

TODD MOORE

JERAMIE MOORE

Todd has a lifetime of HVAC experience from his father, Jeramie, the owner of the company. Todd is as sharp as a tack, and a very well mannered, kind young man. In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing in the air conditioning playing video games and spending time with his friends, He also loves to help with the epic backyard barbecues his father throws for their neighbors.

RYON WILL

Ryon has worked in the HVAC industry for over 6 years now, both on the install side and technician side. He truly enjoys the diagnostic process and loves the satisfaction of a job well done when he fixes the problem and gets the system up and running again. He is a very hard worker, and we often have to remind him to take a breather, but there is no slowing this driven young man down.

Ryon is a family man, a father two adorable youngsters who are just as energetic as he is. In his free time, he enjoys taking the family out on trails where they spend the day riding quads and exploring the wilderness.

He also regularly volunteers at the Pinal County Animal Shelter, where he helps take care of the animals as well as plays with them and showers them in love and attention.

JAMIE CAREY

RYON WILL

Jamie has been with our company since the beginning. She is our office manager, project manager, web manager, dispatcher & receptionist. She wears a lot of hats & wouldn't have it any other way.

She brings a lot to the table & has impeccable customer service skills. She treats everyone with kindness, dignity & respect, & goes above & beyond for our clients in every way possible.

Outside of Air Repair, she volunteers with many charitable organizations; managing clothing, food, & toy drives.

She also received certification from the Alzheimer's Association while studying for her degree from University of Hawaii, & volunteers at multiple Alzheimer & Dementia care facilities where she uses her skills to interact with residents, bringing them smiles, friendship & comfort.

In the little spare time she has, she enjoys reading, playing video games, playing with her rescue animals, watching Space-X launches with her family & building LEGO.
